The setting
Redwoods provides 24 hour residential care and support for people in a number of small homes. Our aim is always to provide a peaceful and secure family atmosphere, and to ensure that it is home for those who live there.

The care provided
Staff work with each person to prepare support plans which identify their needs and aspirations. Individual care and support is provided to help to fulfil plans that are made.

As it is the person’s home, staff always seek their involvement in the way in which things are run, as well as giving support in all areas of daily life.
