The service

Redwoods provides a housing support service that uses a person-centred approach to:

• Support and encourage the person in their chosen lifestyle
• Help to maintain the person’s tenancy
• Support the person to be part of the community they live in
• Work in partnership with the person and their family
• Monitor the quality of the service we offer
• Provide a skilled, effective and well organised support team

The cost for this service is agreed by the person, the social work department and Redwoods and a contract is provided, making clear what Redwoods will provide and the person’s responsibilities.
