SUPPORT WORKERS / SUPPORT WORKER ASSISTANTS
(full and part-time, Home Support Service)
Being a Support Worker/Support Worker Assistant in Redwoods involves supporting and encouraging people to live fulfilled lives and accomplish their dreams. Whether assisting with practical day to day tasks or helping people to be more involved in the community, we support people in a person-centred way in line with our values.
We are looking for people with a heart to serve so, while experience in a support role is desirable, we are more interested in who you are rather than what you have done or your qualifications.

Good communication and problem solving skills are a real advantage for these roles.
There is sometimes an occupational requirement for female only Support Workers/Support Worker Assistants.

The starting salary for a full-time Support Work Assistant is £18,720 (increasing depending on experience & qualifications)
